No introduction needed to National Actor, Kamal Haasan, who is known as an all rounder in films says that it is very essential to upgrade knowledge on films from the experiences of seniors in the film industry. According to him, great actors like Akkineni Nageswara Rao didn’t take any training in acting. They used to learn a lot through stage dramas. But the generation today has many film institutes to get trained in 24 frames. “We can also upgrade our knowledge on the latest technology through these film schools. The films done by our older generation will teach us their experiences and further develop. The cinematographer of ‘Maya Bazaar’ Marks Bartle shared a lot of technical aspects with me. Similarly Singeetham Srinivas Rao, who was the co-director for this film also shared a lot of his experiences on film-making. This way I got an opportunity to upgrade my knowledge on film-making”, he said in the FICCI Frames, 2010.
