Is Thamannah suiting the role of a Trichy girl?

Have our Tamil directors gone scatter-brained? Their sense of choosing the actresses has become so ludicrous now. For illustration, it is really annoying to see Thamannah in the traditional costumes of a Trichy girl. We are not blaming Thamannah as she signs project for the sake of money. It’s her profession. But how could Hari be really obsessive over choosing her. In his previous films, the actor had roped certain actresses they suited the roles well. A Sindhi girl looking a model for fairness cream being signed for the role of a Trichy based girl is ridiculous.

Director Hari must really take such things into consideration. It doesn’t mean that pair in a hit movie will recreate the same results.

But at the same time, it is sure that Hari gives a substantial role to the heroines in his films unlike other, who just appear for the sake of songs and disappear suddenly.
